Terms of use – 100 Fields Studio
These terms apply to the use of 100 Fields Studio (app.100fields.com).
1. Service
The studio lets you build, host and publish web apps with the help of AI. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change; we announce important changes in advance.
2. Account
You need an account to build apps. Keep your password and API keys secret; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
3. Plans, credits and payment
Free and paid plans with monthly credits are described on the pricing page. Credits are used according to the actual AI costs and are reset every calendar month; unused credits do not roll over. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time effective at the end of the billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
4. Your content and apps
You keep all rights to your apps, data and content. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display them. You are responsible for your apps, their content and for complying with laws that apply to them (including data protection towards your app users). AI output may contain errors – check it before relying on it.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow the acceptable use policy. We may suspend apps or accounts that violate it or the law, and remove content that is clearly illegal.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time (deletion after 7 days). We may terminate free accounts with 30 days’ notice and any account immediately for serious violations.
8. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE as applied in Dubai; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country remain unaffected.
